Finally:) Our house burned down last year. I can tell you that Gary Bach has been nothing short of amazing as our agent. He has answered every phone call, offered advice, provided us with an “office”, fought for us, checked on us and provided us exceptional service. Gary came out weekly to make sure the restoration company was doing everything “right”. He communicated often with the restoration company, A-1, to make sure the reconstruction of our home went as seamless as possible. We had a slight mishap in which our windshield was chipped on a Sunday night. I called Gary and told him what had happened and he set me up with the Window Insurance Division of Erie Insurance. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Erie, National Glass and Gary. National Glass came right to my place of employment that day and had it fixed and I was ready to go. Erie Insurance is true to their word. Everything went exactly as our policy and Gary had stated. Because we had it repaired, the deductible was waived. Thank you so much Gary! I recently (Christmas Eve) was involved in an automobile accident. I made a phone call to Gary and he informed me what to do to “get the ball rollin.” I told him I would fax a copy of the accident report to him and he told me to get an estimate which I did. Turns out the people where I got the estimate (The Motor Company of Marinette, WI) are in partnership with Erie Insurance as an authorized repair shop. This allowed me to get my truck repaired without any claims adjusters or multiple estimates being done. The Motor Company did an excellent repair job. When finished, they washed my vehicle inside and out, cleaned the carpeting, and made it look like a new truck. Thanks to Gary, Kathy, and Brian at Erie and Ric at The Motor Company for making this a pleasant experience. I would recommend Gary at Erie Insurance to anyone looking for auto/home coverage.
